Daisy Oliver is a Regional Manager at COPE Health Solutions. Ms. Oliver’s role includes operational leadership, new client site implementation, designing innovative scholar recruitment strategies, and professional development of staff. Ms. Oliver joins the team with more than 15 years of higher education management, recruitment and training, career counseling, and workforce consulting experience.
Prior to joining COPE Health Solutions, Ms. Oliver served as a Department of Labor Transition Assistance Program facilitator with Cybermedia Technologies, Inc. In addition, as a Community Director, Ms. Oliver served over 11,000 undergraduate and graduate students in UCLA residential life university apartments. She also was a UCLA Undergraduate Admission Officer and holistic reviewer of over 15,000 applicants. In these roles, Ms. Oliver gained experience in program and project management, community organization administration, business innovation, strategic planning, executive coaching, and leadership development. She is a trained facilitator in workforce development, preparing generations of youth and young adults for various career pathways.
Ms. Oliver has served as the CEO and Founder of Daisy Consulting LLC, an education consulting practice, and developed a family company. In her spare time, Ms. Oliver serves on the board of directors as Strategic Planning Chair of a non-profit organization in south central Los Angeles, enriching the lives of youth and families through education, mentorship and travel.
Ms. Oliver earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Education from the University of California, Los Angeles, and her Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California.
