Courtnie Batson joined COPE Health Solutions in March 2023 as Program Recruitment
Manager. In her role, Mrs. Batson oversees the centralized recruitment efforts for all COPE
Health Solutions workforce programs.
Prior to joining COPE Health Solutions, Mrs. Batson was Managing Director for a community-
based organization that offers immersive services and experiences for youth and young adults
impacted by the foster care system. In this role, she championed maintaining healthy levels of
engagement between company programs and related partners such as participants, volunteers,
sponsoring entities, and staff. To be more proactive to the needs of this population, she created
and implemented a workforce development program curriculum to assist students on their
professional journeys. Simultaneously, she also served as Community Engagement Manager
with Spicy Green Book, another community-based organization dedicated to empowering black
owned businesses in the food and beverage industry. She equipped clientele with marketing
resources and creative content to sustainably expand their own networks. She developed clear
avenues for greater brand awareness and recognition with external audiences nationwide
through digital outreach and in person events.
Mrs. Batson’s educational background includes a Master of Arts in Exposition and Leadership
from Biola University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Pepperdine
University.
