Isabela Pante joined COPE Health Solutions in August 2023 as a Program Manager, overseeing the COPE Health Scholar and Junior Health Scholar programs at Providence Swedish Medical Center in Seattle. Isabela is responsible for developing the leadership team, overseeing day-to-day operations, recruitment expansion, and coaching and training scholars.

Over the past 5+ years, Isabela has experience working in leadership and workforce development programs catered to historically marginalized communities through the non-profit and corporate tech sectors. While at Amazon, she managed a software engineering scholarship-internship program, where she enhanced internship experiences through the execution of professional development events, including networking mixers, career panels, and a multi-day Hack-a-thon. Isabela also spearheaded the CREWS Program, Oakland Promise’s flagship leadership development initiative, scaling it from 400 to 800 participants. She created leadership training and first-year curriculum, and historically improved retention rates for the organization. Isabela is excited to advance her career at COPE Health Solutions.

Isabela earned her Bachelor of Art degree in psychology from University of California, Santa Cruz. She has also received numerous trainings to support the communities she cares about including mental health first aid, trauma-informed care, and postpartum doula care. Outside of work, Isabela enjoys attending live music shows, volunteering, and being outdoors.
