Justin Park, Program Manager, joined COPE Health Solutions in June of 2019. Currently, Mr. Park manages and oversees the daily operations of the COPE Health Scholar Program at Swedish Medical Center in Seattle, Washington. He is responsible for upholding contract metrics, recruitment and retention, professional development, mentorship, and developing community partnerships.
Prior to joining COPE Health Solutions, Mr. Park was a Program Supervisor at YouthCare, the largest youth serving non-profit organization in the state of Washington. In his role, Mr. Park managed a team of counselors that worked across two transitional living programs, which re-engaged vulnerable youth with employment, mentorship, and educational opportunities. He brings forth a diverse array of experiences from within the non-profit sector and is a proponent of greater accessibility to health care for underprivileged communities.
Mr. Park graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Health from the University of Washington – School of Public Health (UW SPH) in Seattle, Washington. He served on the Public Health Steering Committee at the University of Washington and worked to voice student experiences in hopes of improving course work.
Mr. Park is excited to mentor and teach aspiring health care professionals through experiential learning. He hopes to motivate the next generation of health care professionals to engage with their communities. Mr. Park looks forward to pursuing a Master of Healthcare Administration degree in the near future.
