Randy Briggs joined COPE Health Solutions in March 2018 as a Program Manager. In this role, Mr. Briggs will be overseeing the implementation and growth of the Health Scholar programs in Spokane, Washington.
Prior to this role, Mr. Briggs worked at CHAS Health, the largest federally qualified health center (FQHC) in the Inland Pacific Northwest. During his tenure at CHAS, Mr. Briggs grew his expertise in project management and quality improvement. Mr. Briggs played a key role in the launch of an outpatient medication-assisted treatment program for opioid addiction. In addition, as a quality improvement coach, Mr. Briggs designed a scheduling scheme that resulted in improved productivity of patient care as well as an increase in patient and provider satisfaction. Due to its success, the scheme was implemented and utilized throughout the organization.
Mr. Briggs is a graduate of Brigham Young University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Health. He anticipates completing a Master of Health Policy and Administration from Washington State University in December of 2018. Mr. Briggs looks forward to helping to develop the next generation of health care leaders with COPE Health Solutions.
