Tiffany McDaniel, MPH, is a Program Manager at COPE Health Solutions with five years of experience in grass roots outreach and community engagement. She has extensive experience in community capacity building and developing health education campaigns. She has effectively lead various coalitions and tasks forces in partnership with the CDC and DPH to create and promote local and state policies that support the reduction of chronic disease and illness.
Prior to joining COPE Health Solutions she served two years in the role of Regional Director at American Heart Association. She led a National collaborative of community partners, government agencies and hospital systems to reduce hypertension sate wide.
Ms. McDaniel holds a Master’s Degrees in public health from Charles R. drew University School of Science and Medicine. Her commitment to public health and education equity is the driver behind her passion and commitment to developing and inspiring young people to be advocates and leaders in their community.
Ms. McDaniel is also passionate about community based participatory research. She has trained over 2500 individuals in all aspects of research that focus on the social, structural and physical environmental inequities the lead to poor health outcomes in vulnerable populations. She is currently the Co-Chair of Kaiser Permanente’s Southern California Research Bank Community Advisory boards. Ms. McDaniel is committed to community capacity building and educational equity.
Ms. McDaniel earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Cal State University Northridge in Northridge, California.
