International Health Scholar Overview

Build lifelong relationships with U.S. health care professionals and students.

Our International Health Scholar program is customized to fit the learning objectives and goals of each student group. This program allows students from any country to come spend time in U.S. clinical facilities while also learning about the state of health care in the country via lectures taught by UCLA faculty. In touring the hospitals in our network, students will see firsthand what it’s like working as a medical professional or health care administrator in a U.S. health system, hospital, medical group or other health care setting. Upon successful completion of the program, students will receive a certificate of completion from UCLA and be certified to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).

Why International Health Scholar?
