Ashley Baldwin joined COPE Health Solutions as Program Manager for Adventist Health Mendocino, Ukiah Valley, and Howard Memorial.
As a Program Manager, Ms. Baldwin is responsible for overseeing and expanding the COPE Health Scholars program at Adventist Health, in Mendocino County. In her role, she oversees daily operations, trains, and mentors Health Scholars, and is responsible for the growth and expansion of the Health Scholar Program. She will work closely with students to help develop their careers and obtain employment after completion of the program.
Prior to joining COPE Health Solutions, Ms. Baldwin worked at Adventist Health Howard Memorial, where she managed a multi-specialty clinic, overseeing a team of over 30 support staff and collaborating with more than 12 doctors and advanced practice providers. In her final year with Adventist Health, she also managed the clinics at Adventist Health Mendocino Coast, where she was responsible for the day-to-day operations of each office, developing medical assistants, and spearheading project implementation and improvement initiatives.
Ashley completed her A.S in Business Management from Mendocino College in 2021 and is currently working towards her Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration at Western Governors University.
