Located in Oxnard and Camarillo, St. John’s Hospitals serve the patient community in Ventura County. St. John’s Regional Medical Center is a 265-bed acute care facility and St. John’s Pleasant Valley Hospital in Camarillo is a 181-bed acute care facility. Scholars have the opportunity to rotate through both campuses or may choose to stay at one campus for the duration of the program.

Health System Opportunities
As a Health Scholar, you may have the opportunity to explore administrative opportunities in addition to clinical opportunities. For those interested in administration, you will complete at least one clinical rotation and then apply for an administrative department. The departments and projects vary based on the site’s needs.
