Health Scholar Badge Deposit Fee

St. Francis Medical Center

St. Francis Medical Center requires a $16 deposit for the Health Scholar badge.  SFMC Cashier’s Office will refund $15 of your badge deposit fee when you return your badge at the end of your Health Scholar experience.

I agree to the following Terms and Conditions: By using a credit card for payment, I acknowledge that I am authorized to make payment from the cardholder’s account. SFMC Cashier’s Office will refund $15 of the badge deposit fee when I return the badge at the end of my Health Scholar experience. (After payment submission, do *not* use your Browser’s back button, as duplicate payments will *not* be refunded.)
