Program Launch: April 2014
Swedish Medical Center is the largest nonprofit health care provider in the Greater Seattle Area. With a capacity of 697 beds, the campus at First Hill is a designated primary stroke center and was named Leapfrog Top Hospital in 2010 for providing excellent service. The historic Cherry Hill campus was the first hospital in Seattle, and is now a designated regional cardiac and neurological center with 385 licensed beds. Scholars have the opportunity to rotate through both campuses or may choose to stay at one campus for the duration of the program.
