Drea Na joined COPE Health Solutions in March 2024 as the Program Manager for the COPE Health Scholars program at Emanate Health in West Covina, CA. Her time there is dedicated to rebuilding the program of Scholars through recruitment, training, and professional development. She is passionate about connecting with people and encouraging them to be their best selves.

Prior to COPE Health Solutions, Ms. Na worked in the health care industry as a program manager of a strategic account for travel nurse staffing. In this field, Drea managed between fifty and one hundred nurses with everything from shift schedules to housing. Her work in this industry focused on maintaining client relationships, onboarding nurses and developing processes that enhanced relationships across multiple functions.

Ms. Na graduated from the University of Texas, Permian Basin with a Master of Public Administration, and also has her Bachelor’s in Human Services. Her area of study focused on community-driven initiatives for non-profit entities, building connections, and securing large donations. Throughout her education and career Drea has demonstrated captivating public speaking skills and has given multiple presentations for various organizations.
