Virginia Kosinski joined the COPE Health Solutions team in March 2023 and is currently the Operations Manager for the Health Scholars Programs. In this role, Mrs. Kosinski oversees program operations and assists with creating procedural efficiencies and process improvement. Mrs. Kosinski is dedicated to the
professional growth and development of program participants.

Mrs. Kosinski has a background in behavioral health care and previously worked as an Operations Manager for LifeStance Health and Santa Barbara Behavioral Health. In her previous roles, Mrs. Kosinski worked on a variety of projects that included maximizing provider capacity to increase patient access, leading administrative staff and behavioral health professionals through an acquisition, implementing a thorough training program with skills assessments and flexible modules, and standardizing operational procedures across multiple sites throughout California.

Mrs. Kosinski graduated from the University of California, Channel Islands with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. She is passionate about supporting others in developing and achieving their professional goals and she is excited to work with and inspire, the next generation of medical professionals.
