Dynaka Merino joined COPE Health Solutions in January of 2023 and is currently the Program Manager overseeing the COPE Health Scholar and Junior Health Scholar program at Adventist Health Castle, Hawaii. Dynaka is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, recruitment, enrollment, training and offers professional development opportunities to active scholar participants.
Prior to joining COPE Health Solutions, Dynaka spent 10+ years in the non-profit setting serving majority of her time at Ko’olauloa Federal Qualified Health Center. In this role she developed, implemented, and managed a variety of different programs to support strategic direction for the organization. Dynaka led programs in the areas of Health Education, Homeless Outreach, Housing Stability services, Workforce Readiness, Support services, etc.
Dynaka Merino has an Associate Degree in Arts and is working toward completing her undergraduate in Healthcare Administration at the University of Hawaii West Oahu.
